摘要
选煤厂生产工艺复杂和规模庞大,设备种类繁多,供配电系统设备设施多,生产、检维修过程停送电流程复杂。特别是针对传统停送电作业操作过程涉及人员多、流程步骤多、隐患环节多、纸质记录多、记录填写不规范等现象,存在安全隐患及作业效率低的问题。随着选煤厂智能化建设的推进,通过研究、论证、实施,以信息技术和互联网技术为支撑,进行了数字配电系统的研发和应用,该系统实施应用后,解决了实际问题,实现了提升安全管理能力,提高工作效率。
Based on the complex production technology and large scale of coal preparation plant,that the coal preparation equipment is various,power supply and distribution system equipment and facilities,production,inspection and maintenance process shutdown power supply process are complex.Especially for the traditional shutdown operation process involving more personnel,more process steps,more hidden links,more paper records,record filling is not standard phenomenon,there are safety risks and low efficiency.With the advance of intelligent construction of coal preparation plant,through research,demonstration and implementation,supported by information technology and Internet technology,the research and development and application of digital power distribution system have been carried out.After the implementation and application of the system,the practical problems is solved,and the safety management ability and work efficiency are really improved.
