补连塔选煤厂降低介耗的探索与实践 被引量:6

摘要 针对补连塔选煤厂生产过程中出现的介耗偏高问题,从技术、管理和其他方面等详细分析了介质损失形式及介耗增加的因素,针对存在问题提出整改方案,通过对介质验收使用的全过程管理,磁选机生产工艺效果的改造提升,脱介筛新型喷头的设计安装提高脱介效果,对末煤入选时合介桶的密度液位的管理以及重介旋流器的入料压力管控等杜绝出现末煤跑煤事故,严控磁铁矿粉质量,加强生产管理控制,有效降低了介耗。 Aiming at the problem of high medium consumption in the production process of the Bulianta coal preparation plant,this paper analyzes the form of medium loss and the factors of medium consumption increasing in detail from technology,management and other aspects,puts forward the rectification plan for the existing problems,and improves the medium removal efficiency through the whole process management of medium acceptance and use,the improvement of the production process effect of the magnetic separator,and the design and installation of the new nozzle of the medium removal screen. As a result,the management of density and liquid level of closed medium barrel and the control of feeding pressure of dense medium hydro cyclone during the washing of fine coal should be avoided,the quality of magnetite powder should be strictly controlled,the control of production management should be strengthened,and the medium consumption should be effectively reduced.
