摘要
加压过滤机是神东洗选中心选煤厂精煤浮选和原生煤泥脱水的重要设备,长时间使用造成上下闸板耐磨板开合频率和强度增大,磨损异常严重,严重影响选煤厂生产时间。结合加压过滤机的运行情况,针对选煤厂加压过滤机上下闸板开合困难,影响卸料,闸板耐磨板鼓包、变形、中间部位堆积煤等问题,对加压过滤机闸板耐磨板进行改造,通过改造原生产厂家的耐磨板的安装形式和结构,从而延长使用寿命,避免堆积煤,提高工作效率;在容易出现鼓包、堆积煤的区域进行物料分析,改变原有工艺,分别对底板及耐磨板进行改造,保证原有卸料闸板和设备的整体性能。改造后的安德里茨加压过滤机连续使用半年未出现上述问题,闸板耐磨板均能满足原进口设备的各项性能,生产效果良好。
Pressure filter is an important equipment for cleaned coal flotation and primary slime dewatering in Shendong washing and preparation center coal preparation plant. Long time use results in increasing of opening and closing frequency and strength of upper and lower sluice wear-resistant plate,resulting in abnormal wear,which seriously affects the production time of coal preparation plant. Combined with the operation situation of pressurized filter in coal preparation plant gate opening and closing under pressure filtration machine difficulties,affect the discharge,ram wear-resisting problems,such as deformation,middle coal accumulation,etc.,pressure filter gate wear plate was modified,through transforming the original manufacturer of wear-resistant plate installation form and structure,so as to prolong service life,avoid accumulation of coal,improve the work efficiency. Material analysis is carried out in the areas prone to bulging and coal accumulation,the original process is changed,and the bottom plate and wear-resistant plate are reformed respectively to ensure the overall performance of the original unloading gate and equipment. The modified Andritz pressure filter has been used for half a year without the above problems,and the brake wear plate can meet all the performance of the original imported equipment,and the production effect is good.
