摘要
非交易用途碳账户有助于创新低碳融资模式,推动中小企业降碳减排,实现绿色发展。随着区块链技术的纵深发展,其可溯源、防篡改的特性,为碳账户融资创新发展提供了更多的可能性。本文基于区块链技术赋能视角,构建基于碳账户的中小企业与金融机构的博弈模型,探究罚款、物质奖励和信用收益三种激励机制的效果差异。研究发现,罚款能促进碳账户中小企业诚信融资,但会降低金融机构的尽职调查概率;物质奖励在提高碳账户中小企业诚信的同时,会降低金融机构的期望收益;信用收益在促进碳账户中小企业诚信融资的同时,能提高中小企业和金融机构的期望收益。本文不仅拓展了区块链技术应用空间,也有助于金融机构支持中小企业绿色低碳、可持续发展。
Non trading carbon accounts help innovate low-carbon financing models,promote carbon reduction and emission reduction for small-and medium-sized enterprises,and achieve green development.With the deep development of blockchain technology,its traceability and tamper resistance provide more possibilities for the innovative development of carbon account financing.This article is based on the perspective of blockchain technology empowerment,constructing a game model between small-and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions based on carbon accounts,and exploring the differences in the effectiveness of three incentive mechanisms:fines,material rewards,and credit returns.Research has found that fines can promote the honest financing of smal-and medium-sized enterprises in carbon accounts,but it will reduce the probability of due diligence by financial institutions;Material rewards not only enhance the integrity of small-and mediumsized enterprises in carbon accounts,but also lower the expected returns of financial institutions;Credit returns can not only promote the honest financing of small-and medium-sized enterprises in carbon accounts,but also increase the expected returns of small-and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions.This article not only expands the application space of blockchain technology,but also helps financial institutions support green,low-carbon,and sustainable development of small-and medium-sized enterprises.
