摘要
数字经济已成为我国经济增长的重要支撑和产业发展的关键动力,充分发挥数字经济的引领作用,有利于推动流通业高质量发展。本文构建数字经济和流通业高质量发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法测算2013-2020年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的数字经济和流通业高质量发展指数,并构建固定效应、中介效应、面板门槛和空间误差模型,检验数字经济影响流通业高质量发展的作用机制。研究发现:数字经济显著促进流通业高质量发展,且这种促进作用具有区域异质性;技术创新是数字经济影响流通业高质量发展的重要渠道;数字经济的促进作用存在非线性和空间溢出的特性。为加快推进流通业高质量发展,应强化数字基础设施建设,推动数字技术创新及应用,实施区域差异化的数字经济政策。
The digital economy has become an important support for China’s economic growth and a key driving force for industrial development.Fully leveraging the leading role of the digital economy is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of the circula-tion industry.This article is based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,and constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the digital economy and circulation industry.The entropy method is used for calculation,and fixed effect model,intermediary effect model,panel threshold model,and spatial error model are constructed to empirically test the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the circulation industry.The research results indicate that the digital economy can significantly promote the high-quality development of the circulation industry,and such promoting effect has regional heterogeneity;Techno-logical innovation is an important channel for the digital economy to influence the high-quality development of the circulation industry;The promoting effect of the digital economy has non-linear and spatial spillover characteristics.To accelerate the high-quality development of the circulation industry,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,promote innovation and application of digital technol-ogy,and implement regional differentiated digital economy policies.
