摘要
乡村智慧物流作为现代流通体系的组成部分,对解决"三农问题"、实现城乡融合发展等具有重大现实意义。近年来,我国政府出台多项智慧物流政策支持乡村物流发展,在交通基础设施建设、惠民补贴、改善农产品供应链等方面强化乡村物流智慧化,为助力乡村振兴、实现全体人民共同富裕发挥显著作用。当前我国乡村智慧物流发展已取得积极成效,有力推动农业产业化、规模化发展,但在基础设施建设、技术应用推广、信息标准体系构建和人才专业化等方面还存在一些短板。本文在分析总结乡村智慧物流发展取得的成效、存在问题基础上,从以下五个方面提出乡村物流智慧化发展路径:构建高效智慧物流信息平台、壮大乡村物流餐饮主体、优化物流网络体系和终端配送服务网络、完善智慧物流标准体系和健全人才培养体系等,以期更好推动乡村物流发展,提升经济运行质量。
As an integral part of the modern circulation system,rural smart logistics is of great practical significance to solve the"three rural issues"and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.In recent years,the Chinese government has issued a number of smart logistics policies to support the development of rural logistics,improve the wisdom of rural logistics in the construction of rural transportation infrastructure,benefits and subsidies,and improve the supply chain of agricultural products,so as to play a significant role in helping rural revitalization and realizing the common prosperity of all people.At present,the development of rural smart logistics in China has achieved positive results and promoted the industrialization and large-scale development of agriculture.However,there are still many shortcomings and problems in infrastructure construction,technology application and promotion,information standard system construction and talent specialization.Therefore,under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,efforts should be made to make up for shortcomings,strengths and weaknesses in rural smart logistics infrastructure construction,market entity cultivation,and technical standards improvement,so as to better promote smart rural logistics and improve economic operations quality.
