摘要
加快产业结构转型升级,对于实现地区经济高质量发展有重要的推动作用。本文基于2005-2019年中国30个省市样本数据,采用SBM方向性距离函数和Malmquist-Luenberger(ML)指数测度地区绿色全要素生产率,并引入空间杜宾模型和门槛效应模型,从空间维度分析产业结构优化升级下绿色全要素生产率的空间外溢机制以及影响因素。研究结果表明:产业结构优化升级显著促进绿色全要素生产率增长。其中,产业结构高级化的作用效果更为显著,产业结构合理化作用相对较弱;考虑到绿色技术进步的推动作用,在不同门槛值下,产业结构高级化的促进作用存在双门槛效应,而产业结构合理化存在单门槛效应。因此,建议从注重产业间融合发展、加强科技研发及提高创新水平等方面入手,实现经济绿色高质量发展。
Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure plays an important role in promoting the high quality development of regional economy.Based on the sample data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to 2019,this paper adopts SBM directional distance function and Malmquist-Luenberger(ML)index to measure regional green total factor productivity,and introduces spatial Durbin model and threshold effect model.The spatial spillover mechanism and influencing factors of green total factor productivity under the adjustment of industrial structure were analyzed from the spatial dimension.The results show that the adjustment of industrial structure can significantly promote the growth of green total factor productivity,in which the effect of industrial structure upgrading is more significant,and the effect of industrial structure rationalization is relatively weak.Considering the driving effect of green technology progress,the promotion effect of industrial structure upgrading has a double threshold effect under different threshold values,while the rationalization of industrial structure has a single threshold effect.Therefore,it is suggested to pay attention to the integrated development between industries,strengthen the level of scientific and technological research and innovation,and achieve green and high-quality economic development.
