摘要
近年来,随着互联网+的快速发展,生鲜农产品的供应链模式不断创新,逐渐形成了线上线下深度融合的双渠道模式。本文从阐述生鲜电商的发展与竞争为农产品供应链优化提供契机入手,分析电商赋能下生鲜农产品供应链模式以消费者为中心进行重塑的过程,提出加强各主体间的分工与合作,逆向构建生鲜农产品供应链,构建信息共享平台,优化流通价值链和完善供应链配套服务等建议。
In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet+,the supply chain model of fresh agricultural products has been constantly innovated,and gradually formed a mode of dual channels which integrates online and offline modes deeply.This paper starts with expounding the opportunities that the development and competition of fresh e-commerce provides for the supply chain optimization of agriculture products,analyzes reconstructing process of the supply chain mode of fresh agricultural products under the power of e-commerce which focuses on consumers,and proposes such suggestions as strengthening the division of labor and cooperation among the main bodies,reversing the construction of fresh agricultural products supply chain,building information sharing platform,optimizing circulation value chain and improving supply chain supporting services.
