摘要
相对于传统的石油、煤炭等能源,天然气的燃烧产物只有水,是一种真正环保、无污染的能源。目前,海上大型天然气运输船舶LNG分为球罐型和薄膜型,本文的研究对象是薄膜型LNG船舶。LNG船舶货舱的结构强度是一个非常重要的设计指标,由于LNG船舶在运输过程中受到波浪载荷、液体晃荡载荷等,对其结构的疲劳强度和屈曲强度有较高的要求。本文结合有限元分析技术,在Ansys中进行薄膜型LNG船舶的结构强度分析,对于改善LNG质量有重要意义。
Compared with traditional energy sources such as oil and coal,only water is the combustion product of natural gas,which is a truly environmental friendly and pollution-free energy source.At present,LNG vessels are classified into spherical tank type and thin film type.The research object of this paper is thin film type LNG ships.The structural strength of the cargo hold of LNG ship is a very important design index.Because LNG ship is subjected to wave load,liquid sloshing load and so on in the course of transportation,the fatigue strength and buckling strength of its structure are highly required.In this paper,the structural strength analysis of thin-film LNG ship is carried out in Ansys with finite element analysis technology,which is of great significance for improving the quality of LNG.
