互联网环境下的舰船电气设备检修系统 被引量:1

摘要 目前舰船电气设备检修系统存在检修耗时长、电流不稳定等不足,基于此提出互联网环境下的舰船电气设备检修系统设计。首先,通过数据接入层、网络层和应用层对舰船电气设备检修系统的总体框架进行设计,然后,通过在数据接入层接入数据串口UHST0和UHST1,与网络层的MN420H519芯片进行连接,将芯片存储的数据通过发光二极管、计数器等传入状态显示模块和检修分析决策模块,实现对互联网环境下的舰船电气设备检修系统硬件设计;最后,通过节点算法完成系统软件设计,至此完成互联网环境下的舰船电气设备检修系统设计。实验结果表明,与传统的舰船电气设备检修系统相比,提出的舰船电气设备检修系统的检修耗时更短,电流的稳定性高。 At present,the ship electrical equipment maintenance system has many problems such as long maintenance time and unstable current.Based on this situation,the design of the ship electrical equipment maintenance system in the Internet environment is proposed.At first,the overall framework of the ship electrical equipment overhaul system is designed through the data access layer,the network layer and the application layer.Then,by connecting the data serial ports UHST0 and UHST1 at the data access layer,the MN420 H519 chip of the network layer is connected.The data stored in the chip is transmitted to the status display module and the maintenance analysis decision module through LED and counter to realize the hardware design of the ship electrical equipment maintenance system under the Internet environment;finally,the system software design is completed by the node algorithm,and the Internet environment is completed.The design of the ship’s electrical equipment overhaul system.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional ship electrical equipment maintenance system,the proposed maintenance of the ship electrical equipment maintenance system takes less time and has higher current stability.current stability.
