摘要 针对传统制造商筛选方法筛选匹配度低的问题,对基于云模型的船舶系统制造商筛选方法进行研究。利用云模型的强大计算能力,对影响制造商评价指标的因素进行分级,构建系统制造商评价指标体系。使用网络层次法和熵权法确定评价指标的主要和次要权重。对评价指标的主要和次要权重根据组合系数进行权重组合,计算得到多指标综合测度后,将处于置信区间的多指标综合测度从高到低排序,识别对应最高多指标综合测度的制造商,完成筛选。通过与传统筛选方法的对比实验,验证设计的基于云模型的下船舶系统制造商筛选方法筛选结果匹配度更高,更适合用于制造商筛选。 Aiming at the problem of low screening matching degree of traditional manufacturer screening method,this paper studies the selection method of ship system manufacturer based on cloud model.With the powerful computing power of cloud model,the factors affecting the evaluation index of manufacturers are classified,and the evaluation index system of system manufacturers is constructed.The primary and secondary weights of evaluation indexes are determined by using network level method and entropy weight method.The main and secondary weights of the evaluation indexes are combined according to the combination coefficient.After calculating and obtaining the multi-index comprehensive measure,the multi-index comprehensive measure in the confidence interval is sorted from high to low,and the manufacturer corresponding to the highest multi-index comprehensive measure is identified,and the screening is completed.Through the comparison with the traditional screening method,it is verified that the cloud model-based screening method for ship system manufacturers has higher screening results and is more suitable for manufacturers screening.
