摘要
介绍了既有建筑纯地下室结构在水上浮力的作用下,产生的各种破损情况,分析了上浮破损的主因和避免这种破损的关键,对新建纯地下室结构的抗浮加固设计与施工以及修订《建筑工程抗浮技术标准》JGJ467-2019等具有参考价值。
This paper introduces various damage situations of pure basement structures of existing buildings under the action of buoyancy in water,and analyzes the main causes of floating damage and the key to avoid such damage,which has reference value for anti-floating reinforcement design and construction of newly built pure basement structures and revision of Technical Standard for Building Engineering Against Uplift.
