摘要
我国目前存在着大量的环形混凝土电杆老旧输电线路,其结构健康状况日益下降,影响了电网安全稳定运行。为了在不影响线路运行的前提下开展环形混凝土电杆的健康状态评估,本文基于超声回弹法,选取山东临沂的三条在运220kV线路进行了电杆现场无损检测。经现场实测可知,超声回弹法则是一种准确有效、方便快捷的电杆无损检测方法,推荐在实际检测中采用。环形混凝土电杆强度检测应考虑工艺及环境因素的影响进行声速修正及碳化修正。基于现场无损检测数据,判断三条线路的电杆健康状态均为正常状态,可继续运行。
There are currently a large number of old circular concrete poles for transmission lines in China,and their structural health is declining,affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In order to carry out the health status assessment of circular concrete poles without affecting the operation of the line,three 220kV lines in Linyi,Shandong Province were selected to conduct on-site non-destructive testing of the strength of the poles based on the ultrasonic rebound method.According to on-site measurement,it shows that the ultrasonic rebound method is an accurate,effective,convenient and quick non-destructive testing method for poles,and it is recommended to be used in actual testing.The strength test of circular concrete poles should consider the influence of process and environmental factors for sound velocity correction and carbonization correction.Based on on-site non-destructive testing data,it is determined that the health status of the three lines'poles is normal and can continue to operate.
