摘要
采用内置换结构的保护建筑砌体结构修缮工程,外围护墙与新结构连接构造不当会使围护墙倒塌风险突出。外围护墙体仅靠内部新结构与围护墙的构造拉结措施风险较大,需定量把控围护墙的安全可靠程度。结合安大礼堂改造工程给出了一种外围护墙与内置换的主结构连接构造做法-内锚箍筋组合墙复合连接体系,通过概念方案分析,界定了论证安全所需要计算的内容,给出了一套定性定量综合分析方法。首先分析了规范的适用性,在规范类似问题的给定公式的基础上,参考他人的类似问题的试验数据,根据结构概念分析,给出了风荷载工况及地震工况下的计算方法,并对影响围护墙安全的各因素做了分析,提供了可供设计参考的概念数据,并用现场试验数据验证了连接分析计算的可靠性。
In the repair project of masonry protection building structure with internal replacement structure,improper connection between the external retaining wall and the new structure will increase the risk of collapse of the retaining wall.The risk of the external retaining wall only relying on the internal new structure and the structural tie measures of the retaining wall is large,and the safety and reliability of the retaining wall needs to be quantitatively controlled.In this paper,combined with the reconstruction project of Anhui university auditorium,a composite connection system of internal anchor stirrup composite wall is given,which is a main structure connection construction method of external retaining wall and internal replacement.Through the analysis of conceptual scheme,the content of calculation needed to demonstrate safety is defined,and a set of qualitative and quantitative comprehensive analysis method is given.Firstly,the applicability of the specification is analyzed.On the basis of the given formula of similar problems in the specification,referring to the test data of other similar problems,according to the structural concept analysis,the calculation methods under wind load conditions and seismic conditions are given.The factors affecting the safety of the retaining wall are analyzed,and the conceptual data for design reference are provided.The reliability of the connection analysis and calculation is verified by the field test data.
