普通硅酸盐水泥和低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥复配胶凝体系性能研究

摘要 为满足不同的工程需要,制备不同水泥基快硬早强混凝土,研究了纯P·O、纯L·SAC和P·O-L·SAC复配胶凝体系标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和抗压抗折强度等性能,以及它们与不同外加剂之间的相容性。结果表明,在P·O-L·SAC复配胶凝体系中,随L·SAC掺量的增大,其标准稠度用水量先升后降,而初凝及终凝时间则是先缩短后延长,且掺量为60%时,复配胶凝体系急凝,初、终凝时间仅有7min、10min,抗压强度、抗折强度最低;20%P·O+80%L·SAC复配胶凝体系具有最佳的早期强度,并且3 d和28 d强度稳步增长;对硅酸盐水泥基、硫铝酸盐水泥基及复配水泥基快硬早强混凝土而言,可分别选用纳m晶核类早强剂、三乙醇胺类早强剂和复合无机盐类早强剂。 In order to meet the needs of different projects and prepare different cement-based fast hardening early strength concrete,the water consumption of standard consistency,setting time and compressive strength and flexural strength of pure P·O,pure L·SAC and P·O-L·SAC compound cementitious system,as well as their compatibility with different admixtures,are studied.The results show that in the P·O-L·SAC compound cementitious system,with the increase of L·SAC content,the water consumption of the standard consistency rises first and then falls,while the initial setting and final setting time are first shortened and then extended,and when the content is 60%,compound cementitious system set rapidly,the initial time and final setting time are a only 7 min and 10 min,and the compressive strength and flexural strength are the lowest;The 20%P·O+80%L·SAC compound cementitious system has the best early strength,and the strength increases steadily at 3d and 28d;for Portland cement based,sulphoaluminate cement based and composite cement based fast hardening early strength concrete,nano crystal nucleus early strength agent,triethanolamine early strength agent and composite inorganic salt early strength agent can be selected respectively.
