摘要
以某地铁车站实际工程为例,V柱设计倾斜角度最大13°,安装定位难度大,施工控制要求高,主体结构大倾角V柱与临时钢管柱间需进行受力体系转换,转换过程中结构形变风险高,存在混凝土结构开裂风险,为解决综合交通枢纽盖挖逆作车站中大倾角V柱定位及受力体系转换施工难题,对大倾角V柱的施工技术进行研究,采用临时钢管柱作为车站的临时支撑;V柱顶部利用矮支架垫层,通过预埋定位钢板+辅助卡具+临时斜撑定位,底部采用预埋可调底座+临时斜撑定位,中间段采用自制小车结合电动葫芦就位;在V柱施工完成后通过伺服系统控制千斤顶进行临时钢管柱与V柱的受力体系转换,完成V柱的施工。通过对V柱的定位及受力体系转换施工,确保了V柱的高精度定位安装及受力体系转换施工的安全稳定。
Taking the actual project of a subway station as an example,the design inclination angle of the V-pillar is 13°at most,which is difficult to install and position,and requires high construction control.The force system between the large inclination V-pillar of the main structure and the temporary steel pipe column needs to be converted.During the conversion process,the risk of structural deformation is high,and there is a risk of concrete structure cracking.In order to solve the construction problems of large inclination V-pillar positioning and force system conversion in the reverse construction station of the comprehensive transportation hub,The construction technology of large angle V-pillar is studied,and the temporary steel pipe column is used as the temporary support of the station;The top of V-pillar is positioned by using low support cushion,embedded positioning steel plate+auxiliary fixture+temporary diagonal brace,the bottom is positioned by using embedded adjustable base+temporary diagonal brace,and the middle section is positioned by using self-made trolley and electric hoist.After the construction of V-pillar is completed,the servo system controls the jack to switch the stress system between the temporary steel pipe column and V-pillar,and complete the construction of V-pillar.Through the positioning of V-pillar and the construction of force system conversion,the high-precision positioning and installation of V-pillar and the safety and stability of the construction of force system conversion are ensured.
