摘要
梁拱组合桥整体顶推施工时,通常在主梁的前端配置导梁,以增大顶推法所适用的桥梁跨度。本文以杭州某梁拱组合桥整体顶推施工为研究背景,为改善顶推过程中钢梁、钢拱等主要构件在大悬臂状态的受力状况,采用有限元分析方法,分析并确定导梁长度、重量和刚度的最优取值。结果表明:导梁与主梁比重越小,对45m~188m区段内的主梁内力越有利;导梁刚度比的改变对主梁内力影响较小;综合考虑,导梁与主梁比重、刚度比、长度比均取0.5左右较为经济合理。
During the integral launching construction of beam-arch composite bridge,the guide beam is usually arranged at the front end of the main beam to increase the bridge span applicable to the launching method.Improving the stress state of major components such as steel beams and arches in the cantilever state is one of the important goals.Based on the overall launching construction of a beam-arch composite bridge in Hangzhou,this paper adopts the finite element analysis method to analyze and determine the optimal values for the length,weight,and stiffness of the guide beam.The results show that the smaller the proportion of the guide beam to the main beam,the more favorable the internal force of the main beam in the 45m-188m range;The change of the rigidity ratio of the guide beam has little effect on the internal force of the main beam;In comprehensive consideration,it is more economical and reasonable to take the specific gravity,stiffness ratio and length ratio of guide beam and main beam as around 0.5.
