摘要
介绍了钢结构在冬季施工期间的负温焊接关键技术,包括焊缝坡口的定型、焊接热处理和防风保温措施等,提出了合理的焊接工艺评定参数,并进行了负温环境下的施焊实验,通过有效的保证措施和合理的焊接工艺参数,可以保证良好的焊接质量和焊接接头力学性能。相关要求在项目应用实践中得到验证,可供业内类似工程参考。
This paper introduces the key technology of welding of steel structure at negative temperature during winter construction, including the design of weld groove, welding heat treatment and wind and thermal prevention measures,puts forward reasonable parameters of welding procedure qualification, and conducts welding experiments at negative temperature environment. Through effective assurance measures and reasonable welding procedure parameters, good welding quality and mechanical properties of welded joints can be guaranteed. The relevant requirements have been verified in the project application practice, which can be used as a reference for similar projects in the industry.
