摘要
基坑支撑结构在自身重力及坑壁侧压力作用下,极易形成向坑底的挠曲变形,对基坑围护结构产生较大的安全隐患。针对大型混凝土内支撑可能出现的挠曲变形及其恢复控制技术进行研究,首先对大型内支撑结构的挠曲变形规律进行分析,通过具体的推导和数值计算表明,可调格构柱对内支撑挠曲变形的控制可降低71.4%或更多,指出了内支撑挠曲变形防控的必要性;接着,对大型内支撑的挠曲恢复防控技术进行了理论分析,提出了采用可调节型竖向格构柱对大型支撑进行调控的具体措施。
Under the action of its own gravity and the lateral pressure of the pit wall, the supporting structure of the foundation pit is very easy to form the deflection deformation to the pit bottom, which has a great potential safety hazard to the retaining structure of the foundation pit. This paper studies the possible deflection deformation of large-scale concrete internal support and its recovery control technology. Firstly, the deflection deformation law of large-scale internal support structure is analyzed. Through specific derivation and numerical calculation, it is shown that the control of deflection deformation of internal support by adjustable lattice column can be reduced by 71.4% or more, and the necessity of prevention and control of deflection deformation of internal support is pointed out;Then, the Deflection recovery prevention and control technology of large-scale internal support is analyzed theoretically, and the concrete measures of using adjustable vertical lattice columns to control large-scale support are proposed.
