摘要
单层框排架钢结构厂房,传统的计算方法是采用一阶弹性分析,采用计算长度系数考虑结构的稳定性问题。计算长度系数是按照柱上下端的横梁线刚度之和与柱线刚度之和的比值计算得到,通过计算长度的折减系数来考虑空间作用的影响,计算长度系数是是在若干理想假定下得到的,在梁柱连接方式不是常规形式时设计者往往不好把握计算参数。随着计算机技术在结构设计中的的发展,可以采用空间结构模型进行结构的计算分析,单层的结构,在给定的荷载组合下进行屈曲分析,获取结构的整体屈曲模态,取得整体屈曲模态特征值,再通过欧拉公式反算得到构件的计算长度系数。以单层钢结构厂房工程为例,比较了不同的计算方法取得柱计算长度系数的不同,对类似厂房设计提供参考。
The traditional calculation method for single-story framed steel plants is to use first-order elastic analysis and to consider the stability of the structure using the calculated length factor. The calculated length coefficient is calculated according to the ratio of the sum of the beam line stiffness at the top and bottom of the column to the sum of the column line stiffness, and the influence of the space action is considered by the discount factor of the calculated length, which is obtained under a number of ideal assumptions, and the designer is often not good at grasping the calculation parameters when the beam-column connection is not the conventional type. With the development of computer technology in structural design, a spatial structural model can be used to calculate and analyze the structure, single-story structure,flexural analysis under a given load combination, obtain the overall flexural mode of the structure, obtain the overall flexural mode characteristic value, and then back-calculate the calculated length coefficient of the member through the Euler formula. This paper compares the differences in the calculated length coefficients of columns obtained by different calculation methods with respect to the engineering example of a single-story steel structure plant, provide reference for similar plant design.
