某椭球面网壳设计与弹塑性大位移全过程分析

摘要 对椭球面网壳结构进行合理选型及节点构造设计,整体计算表明结构构件满足强度、刚度和整体稳定性的要求。对完善模型和缺陷模型进行了线弹性屈曲分析,获得了安全系数的上限解。线弹性几何非线性全过程分析表明,缺陷模型的安全系数与完善模型相差较大,故结构在进行线弹性几何非线性分析时必须引入整体初始几何缺陷。对结构进行了弹塑性大位移全过程分析,给出了缺陷模型的破坏全过程及极限承载力;在同时考虑材料非线性和几何非线性时,缺陷对极限承载力影响较小。分别对短轴一侧半跨荷载模型、长轴一侧半跨荷载模型、柱脚铰接模型、无斜杆模型进行弹塑性大位移全过程分析,可知工程设计中应考虑半跨荷载的影响、边界条件对极限承载力影响较大、合理的支撑布置可以提高结构的安全系数。 The reasonable selection and joint design of the ellipsoidal reticulated shell structure are carried out, and the overall calculation shows that the structural components meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and overall stability.The linear elastic buckling analysis of the perfect model and the defect model is carried out and the upper bound solution of the safety factor is obtained.The whole process of linear elastic geometric nonlinear analysis shows that the safety factor of the defect model is quite different from that of the perfect model, so the whole initial geometric defect must be introduced in the linear elastic geometric nonlinear analysis of the structure.The whole process of elastic-plastic large displacement analysis of the structure is carried out, and the failure process and ultimate bearing capacity of the defect model are given;When both material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity are considered, the effect of defects on ultimate bearing capacity is small. The whole process of elastic-plastic large displacement is analyzed for the model with the half-span load on the short axis side or the long axis side, the hinged column foot model and the model without oblique rods. It can be seen that the influence of half-span load should be considered in engineering design, the boundary conditions have a great influence on the ultimate bearing capacity, and the reasonable support arrangement can improve the safety factor of the structure.
