摘要 北京某小学科技楼采用多层钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,为高烈度区学校建筑。根据《建设工程抗震管理条例》规定,应当采用隔震减震等技术,保证发生本区域设防地震时能够满足正常使用要求。本工程采用消能减震技术,经计算分析,消能器在多遇地震作用下提供刚度,控制结构扭转,相比无控结构抗震性能有较大改善,最大层间位移角远小于规范限值要求;消能器在设防地震和罕遇地震作用下充分耗能,减震效果良好,其弹塑性层间位移角满足规范要求,主体结构构件满足预定的性能目标,仅个别构件出现轻微损伤,消能器充分发挥了消能减震作用,提高了结构抗震性能。 The science and technology building of a primary school in Beijing adopts multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure system, which is a school building in a high intensity area. According to the Regulations on the Management of Earthquake Resistance in Construction Projects, technologies such as seismic isolation and absorption should be adopted in accordance with relevant national regulations to ensure that the area can meet the normal use requirements when an earthquake occurs. This project uses the energy dissipation technology, after calculation and analysis, the use of energy dissipation technology, the damper under the action of multiple earthquakes to provide stiffness, control the structural torsion, compared with the control of the seismic performance of the structure has been greatly improved, the maximum interlayer displacement angle is far less than the specification limit requirements. The dampers are full of energy dissipation under the action of protected and rare earthquakes, and the damping effect is good. The elastic-plastic story drifts meets the specification requirements, the main structural members meet the predetermined performance objectives, and only a few members have slight damage. The energy dissipator gives full play to the energy dissipation and damping function, and improves the seismic performance of the structure.
