摘要
“空中造楼机”作为中建三局自主研发的超高层建筑施工装备,可集成各类功能丰富的施工设备设施,显著提高了施工现场工业化水平,得到社会各界广泛关注及认可。经过多次迭代升级,最新一代“空中造楼机”—轻量化支点顶模集成平台在深圳城脉金融中心大厦首次应用。施工过程中,平台自重、设备设施、人员、材料等荷载通过平台支点传递至核心筒墙体。随着结构高度逐渐攀升,核心筒墙体厚度逐渐变薄,承载力明显降低,然而风载增大,必须对支点处的墙体承载力进行复核,以保障顶模集成平台在整个施工过程中的安全。对比多种计算分析方法,为较好地反应结构局部力学响应,必须对支点附近预埋件、混凝土结构、内部钢筋进行精细化有限元分析。本文采用某大型有限元软件对顶模集成平台支点处的墙体受力进行了精细化有限元分析,为顶模集成平台在施工过程中的安全提供了有力保障。
As a super high-rise building construction equipment independently developed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau(CCTEB), "aerial building machine" can integrate various types of construction equipment and facilities with rich functions, significantly improving the industrialization level of the construction site, and has received widespread attention and recognition from the society. After several iterations and upgrades, the latest generation of "aerial building machines"-lightweight construction integration platform(hereinafter referred to as “lightweight platform”)is first used in the Shenzhen Chengmai Financial Center Building. During the construction process, the self-weight of the platform, equipment and facilities, personnel, materials and other construction loads are transmitted to the core tube wall through the platform fulcrum. As the structure height gradually rises, the thickness of the core tube wall gradually becomes thinner, and the bearing capacity is significantly reduced, but the wind load increases. It is necessary to check the bearing capacity of the wall at the fulcrum to ensure the safety of the lightweight platform during the entire construction process. In order to better reflect the local mechanical response of the structure, it is necessary to perform refined modeling finite element analysis on the embedded parts near the fulcrum, the concrete structure, and the internal rebar. A large-scale finite element software is used to carry out the refined finite element analysis on the force of the wall at the fulcrum of the lightweight platform, provideing a strong guarantee for the safety of the lightweight platform.
