摘要
现在建筑项目地下室设置越来越普遍,地下室桩基础设计时,有建设方出于施工和造价方面考虑,提出将三角形三桩承台改为矩形三桩承台的设计方案。基于工程需要,对矩形三桩承台进行有限元分析,并建议一种底部钢筋设计方法;同时对两种不同形状的桩基承台进行工程比较,从安全和经济角度探讨矩形三桩承台加防水底板结合的基础形式的实用性。
The basement setting of construction projects is becoming more and more common now.When the basement pile foundation is designed,some builders proposed a design plan to change the triangular three-pile cap into a rectangular three-pile cap for consideration of construction and cost.Based on engineering needs,this paper conducts finite element analysis on rectangular three-pile caps,and proposes a design method for bottom reinforcement.At the same time,two different shapes of pile caps are compared in engineering,and the rectangular three-pile caps are discussed from the perspective of safety and economy.The practicality of the base form combined with the waterproof base plate.
