摘要
早期人防工程距今年代久远,长期受到自然和人为的作用,大部分的早期人防工程已接近工程使用年限,老化严重,有些已早已存在结构安全隐患。以宜昌市某早期人防工程安全功能普查项目为研究对象,对早期人防工程的普查流程的要点和方法进行了系统的研究,最后依据已有规范对早期人防工程的结构安全进行了鉴定和分级,并给出了相应的安全隐患的处理意见,可为类似的早期人防工程项目提供参考。
The early civil air defense projects have a long history and have been affected by nature and man-made for a long time.Most of the early civil air defense projects are close to the service life of the project and are seriously aging.Some of them have long existed potential structural safety hazards.Taking an early civil air defense engineering safety function survey project in Yichang as the research object,this paper systematically studies the key points and methods of the survey process of early civil air defense engineering.Finally,the structural safety of early civil air defense engineering is identified and graded according to the existing specifications,and the corresponding treatment suggestions of potential safety hazards are given,which can provide reference for similar early civil air defense engineering projects.
