摘要
为研究上下分块预制装配式混凝土箱涵(简称“上下分块预制箱涵”)横向连接的抗弯性能,针对螺栓承插式、精轧螺纹钢棒承插式以及精轧螺纹钢棒平口式3种横向连接方式,开展上下分块预制箱涵横向连接抗弯性能试验,并进行有限元实体模型分析,总结3种连接方式在受弯作用下的受力性能。研究表明:针对防水要求较低的预制箱涵横向连接接缝建议采取承插式连接形式,否者采取平口式连接形式;考虑施工及抗弯性能要求,预制箱涵横向连接接缝建议采用精轧螺纹钢棒提供截面应力连接方式;3种横向接缝的抗弯性能由大到小依次为精轧螺纹钢棒平口式连接、精轧螺纹钢棒承插式连接、螺栓承插式连接。
To study the bending resistance performance of the upper and lower block prefabricated concrete box culvert(hereinafter referred to as the“upper and lower combined precast box culvert”).In this paper,the bending resistance of the upper and lower prefabricated box culverts is tested for three transverse connection modes,and the finite element solid model analysis is carried out.The mechanical properties of the three connection modes under bending are summarized.The 3 transverse connecting modes include bolt socket type,finishing-rolled steel bar socket type and finishing-rolled steel bar flat mouth type.The results show that:For the prefabricated box culvert with low waterproof requirement,it is suggested to adopt the form of socket connection,or the form of flat joint.When considering the requirements of construction and bending resistance,it is suggested that the cross section stress connection mode should be provided by finishing rolled rebar.The bending resistance of the three kinds of transverse joints is from large to small in order of finishing steel bar flat joint,finishing steel bar socket connection,bolt socket connection.
