摘要
随着装配式建造方式地不断推进,并且在“碳达峰,碳中和”的时代背景下,目前全国各地都已陆续开展装配式建筑推广工作,其应用的结构类型主要有混凝土结构,钢结构,木结构,等其他结构形式。项目运行过程中,往往在各个阶段会遇到不同的问题,例如:方案与可研阶段中如何提高平面布置标准化;初步设计阶段中的一体化设计如何实施;施工图设计阶段中构件连接节点如何有效安装。结合上述主要问题,进一步讨论关于装配式混凝土建筑在项目各阶段过程中设计和审查管理的要点分析,并总结相关问题,提出应对策略。
With the continuous advancement of prefabricated construction methods,and in the context of the era of"carbon peaking,carbon neutrality",the promotion of prefabricated buildings has been carried out all over the country.structure,wood structure,and other structural forms.During the operation of the project,different problems are often encountered at each stage,such as:how to improve the standardization of the layout in the planning and feasibility study stages;how to implement the integrated design in the preliminary design stage;how to connect the nodes in the construction drawing design stage Effective installation.Combining the above main problems,this paper further discusses the key points of the design and review management of prefabricated concrete buildings in the process of each stage of the project,and summarizes related problems and proposes countermeasures.
