尺寸效应对无腹筋UHPC梁抗剪性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了对无腹筋UHPC梁抗剪性能及尺寸效应进行研究,对6根无腹筋UHPC梁进行了抗剪试验研究,变化参量为钢纤维体积掺量、梁截面高度。对试验梁破坏现象、试验梁名义剪应力与等效挠度关系、剪跨区混凝土应变与破坏机理等方面进行了分析。试验结果表明:无腹筋UHPC梁抗剪承载力存在尺寸效应,随着梁截面有效高度的增加,试验梁名义极限剪应力成下降趋势,钢纤维的掺量增加了试验梁的抗剪承载力,并提升了梁有效高度在330mm以下试验梁的延性,但没有减小梁抗剪承载力的尺寸效应现象。在试验值的基础上,收集了国内外学者对无腹剪UHPC梁提出的抗剪承载力公式,并结合试验现象和尺寸效应规律分析了公式的实用性。 In order to study the shear performance and size effect of UHPC beams without web reinforcement,the shear test of 6 UHPC beams without web reinforcement is carried out.The variation parameters are the content of steel fiber and the height of beam section.The failure phenomenon of the test beam,the relationship between the nominal ultimate shear stress and the equivalent deflection of the test beam,the concrete strain in the shear span and the failure mechanism are analyzed.The test results show that there is a size effect on the shear capacity of UHPC beams without web reinforcement.With the increase of the effective height of the beam section,the nominal ultimate shear stress of the test beam decreases.The content of steel fiber increases the shear strength of the test beam and improves the ductility of the test beam with the beam height below 360mm,but does not reduce the size effect of the shear capacity of the beam.Based on the experimental values,this paper collects the shear bearing capacity formula proposed by scholars at home and abroad for non web shear UHPC beams,and analyzes the practicability of the formula in combination with the experimental phenomena and the law of size effect.
