科尔沁名人博物馆摩擦摆隔震结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 科尔沁名人博物馆是孝庄河文化产业带建筑群的建筑之一。该工程拱形地上钢结构矢跨比1/33,两端均落于两排支座之上。但是由于两排支座的间距小,存在支座水平推力大和外侧支座拔力大的问题。本工程钢结构设计采用摩擦摆隔震支座方案,并结合施工过程控制解决了上述问题。以科尔沁名人博物馆工程为背景,介绍了摩擦摆支座初步选型的方法,介绍了实体单元与刚性面摩擦接触的摩擦摆支座分析模拟方法,对比了直接模拟方法与简化模拟方法地震时程分析结果的差异,制定了钢结构卸载方案并对比了关键位置理论变形与实测变形。结果表明,提供的摩擦摆支座参数选取和摩擦摆支座模拟方法可行、精度高,可应用于摩擦摆隔震工程设计。 Horqin celebrity museum is one of the buildings in Xiaozhuang River Cultural Industry Belt.The steel arch structure aboveground has a rise span ratio of 1/33,and sits on two rows of bearings on both ends.However,distance between the two rows is small,which inherently contains problems like large horizontal force on the bearings and big uplifting force on outer bearings.In order to overcome the above shortages,the steel structural design of this project uses friction pendulum isolation bearings and combines with control methods during the construction process.Based on the Horqin celebrity museum project,this paper introduces the preliminary selection method of friction pendulum bearings,the simulation method of friction pendulum bearing by using friction contact between solid element and rigid surface,the results of direct simulation method and simplified simulation method is compared,the sequence of dismantle the temporary supports during construction is proposed during the design,the theoretical and measured deformation of key position are compared.The results show that the parameter selection and the simulation method of friction pendulum bearing provided in this paper are feasible and accurate,which can be applied to the engineering design of friction pendulum isolation structure.
