摘要
本项目地上四层,地下二层,总建筑高度为23.85m。由于建筑的外部造型设计和内在功能要求,结构在平面及竖向上变化复杂。基于此,通过由伞状支撑结构和分叉柱支撑的单层网状钢梁屋面,以及混凝土框架体系来满足特殊空间的需要,系统介绍了该项目的分析及设计条件、结构的整体布置、地基基础设计、结构整体建模及计算结果等方面的内容。设计分析结果表明,结构具有足够的强度,良好的刚度及抗震性能,结构设计安全可靠。计算结果满足相关规范要求,可供同类工程设计参考。
The project is one four-storey building with total height of 23.85m height and two-storey basement.Due to the external decoration design and internal functional requirements of the building,complex changes of structure exist in plane and along vertical direction.Based on this,a single-layer reticular roof using steel beams supported by an umbrella-shaped support structure and bifurcated columns,as well as a concrete frame system were adopted to meet the needs of special spaces.The analysis and design conditions of the project,and the overall arrangement of the structure,foundation design,overall structural modeling and the calculation results are systematically introduced.The results show that the structure has sufficient strength,good stiffness and seismic performance,and the structural design is safe and reliable.The calculation results meet the requirements of relevant specifications and can be used as a reference for similar engineering design.
