一种可拆卸的预应力钢筋桁架叠合薄板应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对现有钢筋桁架叠合板的预制底板偏厚、钢筋桁架浪费、施工不便、结构设计构造不合理等缺陷分析了一种可拆卸的预应力钢筋桁架叠合板,该叠合板将三角形钢筋桁架倒置紧贴在预埋有连接钢板的预制底板下表面,桁架的二根上弦钢筋焊有连接钢板,用螺栓将二者连接后将一根折线预应力斜拉钢筋与桁架跨中下弦节点钢筋连接,用正反丝螺纹螺套对斜拉钢筋施加预应力,运用SAP2000软件建立有限元分析模型分析该板在安装等临时施工阶段的应力分布,最大拉应力小于混凝土的抗拉强度标准值,结果表明预制底板不会开裂。预应力提高了叠合板预制底板的刚度和抗裂性能,预制底板显著变薄,自重轻,减少板底临时支撑,现场安装方便,钢筋桁架可拆卸多次周转使用。 Current precast slab with truss of steel bars exists some defects, e. g it is too thick, truss of steel bars are’t reusable, it is difficult to install the hydropower pipeline. The paper analyzes a new type of post-tensioned thin precast concrete slab with removable trusses of steel bars. Several common triangle trusses of steel bars are installed and close to bottom face of precast slab via bolts tightly. Some steel plates are casted in the slab;others are welded with two top chords of truss respectively. After combining them together a post-tensioned rebar of screw shank is tied at mid-span joint near each truss bottom chord, Screw shank welded to the rebar provides post-tensioned force and strength the whole structure system of truss and precast slab. A finite element analysis carried out indicates its stress distribution is satisfied.Post-tensioned force increases precast slab stiffness, it is thin and light and to be removed so as to be reused again. It will reduce many internal supports and rebars.
