摘要
目前最常用的钢结构加固方式是通过焊接增大钢结构截面的方法,但此方法焊接的工作量大,残余应力无法估量。以某多层工业厂房改造项目为依托,在原梁柱节点的基础上,提出了一种外包混凝土的组合加固节点,并通过大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其进行了数值分析,得到了组合节点的应力、应变和损伤情况。研究结果表明,组合节点各部件能够协同受力,结构整体的极限承载能力得到了较大提升;外包混凝土有效解决了钢结构防火、防腐的问题。研究结果可为类似钢结构加固改造项目提供技术指导。
Nowadays the method which increases the section of steel structure by welding is the most common way for steel structure reinforcement, however, the welding workload of this method is large, and the residual stress can not be estimated. Based on the reconstruction project of a multi-storey industrial building, a composite reinforced joint wrapped with concrete is proposed for the previous beam-column joint, and the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate this reinforced joint, as a result, the stress, strain and damage of the joint is obtained. The research results indicate that: the components of the composite joint can work together, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the whole structure has been improved greatly;the wrapped concrete solves the problems of fire prevention and corrosion prevention of the steel structure. The research results can provide technical guidance for the reinforcement and reconstruction projects of similar steel structures.
