摘要
装配式居住建筑的质量问题,虽然体现在加工和施工阶段,但根源多在设计管控阶段。本文针对设计全过程进行梳理,总结技术策划阶段、方案设计阶段、初步设计阶段、施工图设计阶段、加工详图设计阶段全过程的设计要点,汇总容易发生的技术问题,分析适宜的解决方案,以提高装配式居住建筑的设计、加工、施工质量,推动装配式建筑的良性健康发展。
The quality problems of the prefabricated residential buildings were mainly generated during the stage of construction, but the root causes were the control of design. In this study, the whole processes of the design were analyzed. The key points for different planning and design stages were summarized, including the technical planning stage, program design stage, preliminary design stage, construction drawing design stage and processing detail design stage. The incident technical problems were collected and the effective solving programs were proposed. So that the quality of prefabricated residential buildings during the stage of design, machine and construction were improved, which could promote a benign and healthy development of prefabricated buildings.
