拉斐尔云廊折板拼接节点设计与分析 被引量:2

摘要 拉斐尔云廊采用自由曲面单层网壳结构,杆件不在同一个平面上,且相邻杆件在节点位置的竖直平面内存在较大夹角。该项目网壳杆件通过上下两块由钢板拼接而成的节点盘相连,上、下节点盘之间通过直径为180mm的无缝钢管连接成整体。为使得杆件在节点位置光滑过渡,这些构成节点盘的钢板需绕节点盘中心转动与杆件倾角相同的角度,并通过焊接形成折板拼接节点。通过变化节点盘板厚、节点盘折角、杆件应力比等参数考察了该新型节点的受力性能,考虑到节点盘中心受力较为不利,根据有限元分析的结果提出了节点需要加强的界限与设计准则。为改善节点盘受力,提出了整体和局部加厚节点盘的加强措施,并通过有限元分析验证了可行性。 A free-form single-layer reticulated shell structure was adopted in Rafael Roof. Members of the structure were not in the same plane. And there was a large angle between adjacent members in the vertical plane of node position. In order to make the structure smoothly at the joint position, the members of reticulated shell were connected by two folded steel plates. The mechanical performance of the new type of joint was investigated by changing the thickness of the folded plate, the maximum angle between adjacent members and the stress ratio of members. According to the results of the finite element analysis, limits and criteria for strengthening the joint and design rules were proposed. Also,strengthening measures were verified through thickening integral and local folded plates of joints.
