摘要
预制墙体高精度安装多次利用BIM技术演示预制墙体安装工序,提前熟悉预制墙体安装工艺。采用中建七局自主研发的定位锥,施工安全可靠,预制墙体安装精度高。定位锥制作成本低,可完全代替马凳筋起到支撑、定位、调节预制墙体的作用,功能全面,节省材料,降低施工成本。预制墙体一次安装到位,只需进行微调,大大节省了预制墙体吊装工期。操作简单,便于后续施工,节省人工。
The high-precision installation of prefabricated walls has repeatedly demonstrated the installation process of prefabricated walls using BIM technology,and is familiar with the installation process of prefabricated walls in advance.The positioning cone independently researched and developed by China Construction Seventh Bureau is adopted,which is safe and reliable in construction and high in installation precision of the prefabricated wall.The positioning cone has a low production cost and can completely replace the horse stool bar to support,position and adjust the prefabricated wall.It has comprehensive functions,saves materials,and reduces construction costs.The operation is simple,which is convenient for subsequent construction and saves labor.The prefabricated wall is installed in place at one time and only needs to be fine-tuned,which greatly saves the prefabricated wall hoisting time.
