某超高游乐设备基础有限元分析及工程设计 被引量:1

Finite element analysis and engineering design of a super high amusement equipment foundation

摘要 某游乐设备高80m,钢柱直径2.5m,根部埋深4m,属特大型设备。此类设备高宽比大、基础埋深浅,且无相关设计规范,对基础设计造成一定困难。通过对设备基础的非线性有限元分析,得到了钢柱和基础钢筋的应力状态、基础混凝土的损伤情况、钢-混凝土界面开裂程度、以及设备基础的转角大小。结果显示该设备基础承载力满足要求,但在基础浅部以及钢柱底部有少量混凝土开裂。设计中针对基础中薄弱部位采取加强措施,提高了设备基础的抗裂能力。为进一步研究钢柱埋置深度对基础受力性能的影响,分别建立埋深2m、3m、4m、5m的模型,统计了不同埋置深度下基础受力性能状态。结果表明埋深2~3m时,增大埋深对减轻基础损伤、减小变形有显著效果;超过4m后,增大埋深的改善作用趋于平缓。 The height of the amusement equipment is 80 m,the diameter of steel column is 2.5 m,and the buried depth of root is 4 m.This kind of equipment has large height-width ratio,shallow foundation buried depth,and there is no relevant design code,which makes the foundation design difficult.Through the nonlinear finite element analysis of equipment foundation,the stress state of steel pipe column base and foundation reinforcement,the damage of foundation concrete,the cracking degree of steel-concrete interface and the rotation of equipment foundation were obtained.The results show that the bearing capacity of the equipment foundation meets the requirements,but there are a few concrete cracks in the shallow part of the foundation and near the bottom of the steel pipe column.In the design,strengthening measures are taken to improve the crack resistance of the equipment foundation.In order to further study the influence of embedded depth of steel pipe on the mechanical performance of foundation,the models with buried depth of 2 m,3 m,4 m,5 m were established respectively,and the mechanical performance state of foundation under different embedded depth was summarized.Results show that when the buried depth is 2~3 m,increasing the buried depth has a significant effect on reducing the damage and deformation of the foundation;when it is more than 4 m,the improvement effect of increasing the buried depth tends to be slow.
