摘要
文章结合工程实例,为了更好地控制盾构进出洞段地下水对盾构施工的影响,提高盾构进出洞段的施工安全性,针对松花江漫滩区高承压富水砂层复杂地质条件,通过采取玻璃纤维筋围护结构免破除洞门形式、盾构工作井外设超前封闭井、洞门密封止水、加强注浆、外包式井接头以及辅助降水等综合施工措施,解决了盾构区间端头加固的问题。经工程实践证明,该综合施工技术措施在哈尔滨松花江漫滩高压富水区盾构进出洞段的施工是安全、可靠的,取得了良好的效果。
Utilizing project experience,in order to better control influence of groundwater on shield construction and improve construction safety of the shield machine goes in and out of the cave.The paper adopt integrate construction technology to Solve the problem of end-wall reinforcement in shield interval under a high-pressure and water-rich sand formation in a floodplain area of the Songhua River complicated geological conditions.Such measures as taking GFRP in construction of retaining structures of the mode of avoid of chiseling tunnel portal,installing enclosed area ahead of shield shafts,tunnel portal sealing,strengthen grouting,outsourcing shaft joints and assisted lowering groundwater etc.Practice has proved that it is safe and reliable of shield machine goes in and out of the cave under a high-pressure and water-rich sand formation in Harbin Songhua River floodplain areas.And achieved good results.
