摘要
某住宅楼地上采用装配式空心板剪力墙结构体系。根据建筑平面和结构计算,进行结构设计及空心墙板布置。对结构在多遇地震作用下的位移角、轴压比、偏心受拉情况进行分析,各项指标均满足相关规范要求,底部加强区轴压比较大及偏心受拉严重部位采用现浇。对结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,分析表明结构在罕遇地震作用下抗震性能较好,住宅楼南立面底部剪力墙、北立面楼梯间剪力墙损伤较为严重,采用现浇剪力墙。装配式结构布置方案较为合理。
A new structure system,prefabricated shear wall with hollow,is used on the ground of a residential building.According to the architectural plane and structural calculation,structural design and layout of prefabricated shear wall with hollow are carried out.The displacement angle,axial compression ratio and eccentric tension of the structure under the action of frequent earthquakes are analyzed,and all indexes meet the requirements of relevant codes.The shear walls are cast-in-situ for the parts with large axial pressure ratio and severe eccentric tension in the bottom strengthened.The elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake is carried out.The analysis shows that the seismic performance of the structure is good under rare earthquake.The damage of shear walls at the bottom of South facade and stairwell of North facade is serious,so these parts are cast-in-situ.The layout of prefabricated shear wall with hollow is reasonable.
