摘要
随着高效减水剂的发明与应用、矿物掺合料的回收与加工、纤维材料的发展以及混凝土材料配合比优化,活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料应运而生,并相继在重大工程中得以应用与推广。主要分析了不同矿物掺合料、纤维种类和掺量、养护制度等参数对RPC抗氯离子渗透性、抗冻融性能、抗腐蚀性能、抗碳化性能、抗收缩性能以及多因素耦合作用下的耐久性及其作用机理的影响。在此基础上,提出RPC材料进一步需要解决的问题,希望为RPC在实际工程中的推广和应用提供指导和帮助。
With the invention and application of high-efficiency water-reducing agent,recovery and processing of mineral admixtures,development of fiber materials and optimization of concrete material mix,reactive powder concrete(RPC)materials emerged at the right moment,and were successively applied and popularized in major projects.In this paper,the influences of different mineral admixtures,fiber types and content,curing system and other parameters on the chloride penetration resistance,freeze-thaw resistance,corrosion resistance,carbonation resistance,shrinkage resistance of RPC as well as the durability and its action mechanism under the coupling effect of multiple factors were analyzed.On this basis,the further problems to be solved for RPC materials were proposed,hoping to provide guidance and help for the popularization and application of RPC in practical engineering.
