摘要
介绍了一种新型竹质装配式房屋的研发过程及示范工程,旨在通过模数化设计、标准化制造、功能化预制和模块化装配等创新技术的应用和集成,研发一种新型竹质装配式竹质房屋的设计建造方法。该房屋以轻钢为框架结构、竹束单板层积复合材料(BLVL)为围护结构,配备太阳辅助供电系统与开合墙体户外拓展平台。BLVL在工厂预制、现场快速组装加工成墙体、地面、屋顶等标准构件,并通过金属连接件合理连接,建成可重复拆装的框架式房屋;房屋空间单元包括:门厅模块、展厅模块、会议主模块、茶水间模块与办公休息模块等,并且各模块单元之间可自由组合;该技术具有建造速度快、施工能耗低、灵活装配、功能化设置等特点。整栋竹质装配式房屋具有良好的舒适性、美观性与功能性,能满足日常办公、会议、展示与休闲的需要,可作为非永久性的景区住房、野外作业用房、军队营房等,符合国家可持续绿色发展与低碳循环经济的产业政策。
The development of a new prefabricated engineered bamboo house with its applications was introduced.By using a series of combined innovative technologies like modular design,standardized manufacturing,functional precast and modular assembly technology,it aims to develop a technology route for the development of prefabricated engineered bamboo houses as well as a methodology for its design and construction.The prefabricated house consists a light-steel frame structure with all the enclosure components made of Bamboo Laminated Veneer Lumber(BLVL)materials.It is equipped with an electric solar power supply system and an outdoor activity platform using the hydraulic controlled open-close wall.Through the prefabrication in the factory,BLVL is processed into standard parts such as walls,roof slabs and floors.The connection components and steel frames designed by standardization are assembled quickly on site,which has the characteristics of fast construction speed and low construction energy consumption.The house is comfort,good-looking and functional.The room spaces of this new type of bamboo assemble house is designed into different modules according to different requirements for function.Meanwhile,different modules can be freely assembled and disassembled.It can be customized according to different architectural styles and functions according to the needs of customers.It can be used not only as permanent houses for home or office,but also as temporary houses in scenic area,field operation housing and military housing.Because of the low-carbon environmental protection characteristics of bamboo itself and the construction method of repeated disassembly and assembly,the research and development of the new bamboo house conforms to the national industrial policy of sustainable green development and low-carbon circular economy,and it is worthy to promote it in those areas suitable for the use of bamboo buildings.
