摘要
以包装行业的前沿智能技术理论为目标,以包装设计流程所对应的智能技术为对象,以德温特专利数据库(DII)收录的智能包装相关专利为数据源,借助文献可视化分析软件(CiteSpace)工具,以定量分析、定性分析研究智能包装的重大意义专利文献及其前沿趋势,并通过突发词检测验证前沿热点分析结果的准确性,为智能包装设计发展和科研从设计学层面提供新角度和研发依据。通过可视化分析发现,在包装设计过程中与材料智能型包装联系较为紧密的是变色材料,它主要应用于食品新鲜度指示型、食品成熟度指示型和泄露指示型等智能包装;结构智能型包装最有代表性的是自动加热(冷却)包装;最常用的智能包装工艺有射频识别(RFID)与丝网印刷,被广泛应用于包装行业中;而包装装潢的智能化可通过增强现实技术(AR)实现动态化智能设计。
The paper searches for cutting-edge intelligent technology theories in the packaging industry.For the intelligent technology search corresponding to the packaging design process,it uses the intelligent packaging related patents included in the Derwent Patent Database(DII)as the data source.With the help of CiteSpace software tools,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods are used to study the significant intelligent packaging patent documents and the frontier trend of the field,and the accuracy of the frontier hotspot analysis result is verified by burst word detection.It provides a new perspective and research basis for the development and scientific research of smart packaging design from the design level.Through visual analysis,it is found that in the packaging design process,material intelligent packaging is mainly related to color-changing materials.It is mainly used in food freshness indicator,food maturity indicator and leakage indicator intelligent packaging;structural intelligent packaging is the most Representative is automatic heating(cooling)packaging;the most commonly used smart packaging processes are RFID and screen printing,which are widely used in the packaging industry;and the intel ligentization of packaging and decoration can achieve dynamic intelligent design through AR technology.
