摘要
流化床最显著的特征是床内各处的温度和催化剂密度处于均匀状态,从而难以分区优化复杂催化反应的转化率与选择性.本团队经过20年的持续创新,提出了流化床由变径分为两个反应区,再由两个反应区调控复杂催化反应理念,发明了具有多流型的单器变径流化床,首创了变径流化床反应器催化反应工程技术平台.在此平台上开发出多项催化反应工艺,其中重质烃高效转化工艺、双反应区催化裂化工艺得到广泛的应用,正在开发的低碳烯烃生产技术未来有望具有更强的市场竞争力.
The most striking characteristic of the fluidized bed reactor is the homogeneous state of temperature and catalyst density in the reactor,making it difficult to optimize the conversion and selectivity of complex catalytic reactions in different reaction zones.For two decades of continuous innovation,a concept of two different reaction zones was proposed to control the complex catalytic reactions,and the diameter transformed fluidized bed reactor with multiflow in a single reactor was invented,based on which the pioneering catalytic reaction engineering technology platform was formed.On this platform,several catalytic reaction processes have been developed.The high efficiency processing technology for heavy hydrocarbons and the two-zone fluid catalytic cracking technology has been widely applied.The light olefins technologies being developed should be more competitive in petrochemical market in the future.
