摘要
探讨聚焦超声对宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)患者宫颈局部微环境的影响。将本院70例经病理检查为宫颈HSIL且行聚焦超声治疗的患者作为观察组研究对象,收集其临床资料,另将同期收治的70例经病理检查为宫颈HSIL且行宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗的患者作为对照组。结果显示观察组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后阴道出血时间、阴道排液时间及宫颈创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血量、阴道排液量均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组宫颈局部微环境指标IL-2、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗效与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。聚焦超声能有效治疗宫颈HSIL,可较好改善患者宫颈局部微环境。
To explore the effects of focused ultrasound on local cervical micro-environment of patients with cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),70 patients who had cervical HSIL diagnosed by pathological examination and treated with focused ultrasound were selected as study subjects,and their clinical data were collected.Another 70 such patients treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)during the same period were selected as the control group.The treatment condition was compared between the two groups.The results showed that the operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time,vaginal discharge time and cervical wound healing time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),vaginal bleeding volume and vaginal discharge volume were less than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin cervical micro-environment of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),while level of IL-4 was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The experiment shows that focused ultrasound can effectively treat cervical HSIL and better improve local cervical micro-environment.
