摘要
目的对比双侧大脑中动脉及基底动脉在经颅多普勒超声发泡试验(c-TCD)阳性率及分流量。方法收集郑州市第七人民医院2020年1月—2020年12月收治的657例患者,均在双侧大脑中动脉及基底动脉行c-TCD,根据经颅多普勒超声发泡试验结果分为c-TCD阳性组(237例)和c-TCD阴性组(420例),比较双侧大脑中动脉及基底动脉c-TCD阳性率及分流量。结果c-TCD阳性组,双侧大脑中动脉及基底动脉阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),双侧大脑中动脉及基底动脉在小分流量时分流量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大分流量时分流量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。c-TCD阴性组:双侧大脑中大动脉及基底动脉差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基底动脉可作为c-TCD替代监测血管。
Objective To identify whether Contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler(c-TCD)with basilar artery(BA)monitoring is as effective as middle cerebral artery(MCA)monitoring for right-to-left Shunt(RLS)detection,and compare whether there is a difference about c-TCD positive rate and shunt volume,when monitoring with BA as well as MCA.Methods Totally 657 patients were enrolled for c-TCD detection with BA and MCA monitoring simultaneously.According to c-TCD test results,patients were divided into c-TCD positive group(237 patients)and c-TCD negative group(420 patients),then compare positive rate and shunt volume in two groups,which monitoring both with BA and MCA.Results In c-TCD positive group,there was no significant difference in positive rate,when c-TCD with BA and MCA monitoring for right-to-left Shunt(RLS)detection.And there was significant difference in small shunt volume monitoring with BA compared with MCA,but there was no difference in large shunt volume monitoring with BA and MCA.In c-TCD negative group,there was no significant difference in positive rate and shunt volume,when c-TCD with BA and MCA monitoring for right-to-left Shunt(RLS)detection.Conclusion c-TCD with BA monitoring could be an alternative for RLS detection.
