摘要
目的探讨脉血康胶囊联合阿司匹林对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血管活性物质及炎症因子的影响。方法选择2019年3月—2020年5月于驻马店市妇幼保健院接受治疗的86例冠心病UAP患者,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(43例,采用阿司匹林治疗)和观察组(43例,采用脉血康胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗)。比较两组治疗前及治疗1个月后的血管活性物质[内脂素、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、一氧化氮(NO)]及炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-18、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-10]水平。结果治疗1个月后,两组内脂素、ET-1、TXB2水平均较治疗前降低,两组NO水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组内脂素、ET-1、TXB2水平水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组IL-18、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低,两组IL-10水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组IL-18、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用脉血康胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病UAP,可有效改善患者血管活性,减轻机体炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Maixuekang capsule combined with aspirin on vasoactive substances and inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)of coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 86 patients with UAP of coronary heart disease who received treatment in the Zhumadian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Henan Province from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(43 cases,treated with aspirin)and an observation group(43 cases,treated with Maixuekang capsule combined with aspirin).The levels of vasoactive substances[visfatin,endothelin-1(ET-1),thromboxane B2(TXB2),nitric oxide(NO)]and inflammatory factors[Interleukin(IL)-18,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),IL-10]levels were compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,visfatin,ET-1 and TXB2 levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of NO in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of visfatin,ET-1 and TXB2 in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the level of NO was higher than the control group,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05);After 1 month of treatment,the levels of IL-18 and hs-CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-10 in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-18 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion Maixuekang capsule combined with aspirin in the treatment of UAP of coronary heart disease can effectively improve the vascular activity of patients and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
