皱纹盘鲍绿卵家系生长性状比较与遗传参数分析 被引量:2

A Comparison of Growth Traits and a Analysis of Genetic Parameters Among Green Eggs Families of Haliotis discus hannai

摘要 本研究采用全因子设计,以皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai)3个绿卵雌鲍和10个雄鲍为亲本,构建30个全同胞家系。随机选取608个二龄F1代样品,以微卫星标记为家系鉴定手段,对采集的样品进行亲子鉴定。在亲子鉴定的基础上,结合生长性状分析各家系的优劣情况,并对壳长、壳宽、总重三个生长性状进行遗传参数分析。结果显示,8个高多态性微卫星位点排除87个污染个体,成功将521个皱纹盘鲍个体分配至单一家系,S3D1和S7D3家系个数最多,其次是S7D1;通过各家系生长性状的对比发现,S3D1、S7D1、S10D3三个家系的生长指标均优于其他家系,但S10D3家系子代个数少,S7D3家系各生长性状指标虽比S3D1、S7D1、S10D3家系略差,但并无显著差异;三个生长性状的遗传力均位于0.35-0.40之间,属于中高等遗传力;各性状间的遗传相关和表型相关均呈现正相关,遗传相关范围在0.977-0.992,表型相关范围在0.888-0.923。研究表明,S3D1、S7D1、S7D3三个家系可作为优良品系选育的育种材料,研究结果将为培育皱纹盘鲍高产、抗逆新品系提供基础。 In this study,3 females with green eggs and 10 males of Haliotis discus hannai were used as parents to construct 30 full-sib families following a full-factor design.With 8 highly polymorphic microsatellite markers,the paternity of 608 samples of F1 generation were tested.The growth status was compared among 10 families(n(20)and the genetic parameters of shell length,shell width and total weight were analyzed.The results showed that,8 microsatellite loci eliminated 87 polluted individuals and 521 individuals were allocated to a single family successfully.S3D1 and S7D3 families have the largest number of individuals,followed by S7D1.Through the comparison among 10 families,the growth traits of S3D1,S7D1 and S10D3 families were found superior to those of other families.However,S10D3 family had fewer individuals.The growth indexes of S7D3 family were slightly worse than that of S3D1,S7D1 and S10D3 families,but there was no significant difference.The heritabilities of three growth traits varied between 0.35 and 0.40 which belonged to higher heritability.Genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation between different traits were positive,which ranged from 0.977 to 0.992 and from 0.888 to 0.923,respectively.This study indicated that S3D1,S7D1 and S7D3 families can be used as breeding materials for the superior strains of H.discus hannai.The results of this study will provide basic data and information for the selection of high-yielding,stress-resistant and green-egg strains of Haliotis discus hannai.
