摘要
目的观察手法按摩联合红外生物效应技术治疗外阴上皮非瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法将外阴上皮非瘤样病变患者60例随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组给予手法按摩联合红外生物效应技术治疗,对照组给予药物外阴涂抹治疗。随访观察两组患者治疗后外阴局部症状、临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组随访28例,治愈15例,显效11例,复发3例,总有效率92.3%,复发率10.7%;对照组随访27例,治愈10例,显效7例,复发11例,总有效率63.0%,复发率40.7%。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),复发率明显低于对照组(P=0.01),差异具有显著性。结论手法按摩联合红外生物效应技术治疗外阴上皮非瘤样病变疗效显著,无明显不良反应,复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of manual massage combined with infrared biological effect technology in the treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva.Methods The 60 cases of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,patients were treated with manual massage combined with infrared biological effect technology,patients in the control group were treated by local application treatment.After treatment,the improvement of local symptoms and clinical symptoms of vulva in the two groups were followed up and observed.Results In the treatment group,28 cases were followed up,in which 15 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,3 cases recurred,and the total effective rate was 92.3%,the recurrence rate was 10.7%;while in the control group,27 cases were followed up,in which 10 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,11 cases recurred,and the total effective rate was 63.0%,the recurrence rate was 40.7%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),but the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower compared with the control group(P=0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Manual massage combined with infrared biological effect technology is effective for non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva,with no side-effect and low recurrence rate.
