摘要
采用水下声发射测燃速的方式,考察GFP[2,2-双(乙基二茂铁)丙烷]、RS-1026(乙基二茂铁类衍生物)、Cr_(2)O_(3)(三氧化二铬)3种燃速催化剂对PET(环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚)燃气发生剂燃速、压强指数、点火性能的影响。通过差示扫描量热仪研究上述3种催化剂对PET燃气发生剂中的AP(高氯酸铵)、DHG(二羟基乙二肟)热分解性能的影响,来进一步分析催化剂的影响机理。结果表明:GFP、RS-1026、Cr_(2)O_(3)3种燃速催化剂都有利于AP分解反应的发生;GFP、RS-1026有利于DHG分解反应的发生。在3~10 MPa,GFP降低压强指数效果最好,且随GFP用量增加,燃速逐渐增加,压强指数逐渐降低。
The influence of three kinds of burning rate catalysts including GFP[2,2-bis(ethylferrocene)propane],RS-1026(ethylferrocene derivative)and Cr_(2)O_(3)(chromium trioxide)on the burning rate,pressure index and ignition performance of PET(ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether)gas generating agent was investigated by determining the burning rate with the underwater acoustic emission mode.The influence of the said three kinds of catalysts on the thermal decomposition performance of AP(ammonium perchlorate)and DHG(dihydroxyglyoxime)in PET gas generating agent was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter to further analyze the influence mechanism of the catalysts.The results show that three kinds of burning rate catalysts including GFP,RS-1026 and Cr_(2)O_(3)are all favorable to the occurrence of AP decomposition reaction;GFP and RS-1026 are favorable to the occurrence of DHG decomposition reaction.At 3~10 MPa,the GFP has the optimal effect in reducing the pressure exponent,and with the increase of GFP amount,the burning rate gradually increases,and the pressure exponent gradually decreases.
