摘要
以罗丹明B与氯乙酰氯,邻苯二胺等为原料,合成了一种新型的荧光探针R3。通过13C NMR、1H NMR及高分辨质谱进行了表征。在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液调节pH=7的测试介质中,该探针对Ag+具有较好的选择性和灵敏度。当Ag+在0.5×10-5~1.5×10-5 mol/L范围内紫外吸光度(A)与Ag+浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性拟合系数为0.9983,检出限为4.3×10-6 mol/L。Job’s plot实验表明,荧光探针与Ag+以1∶1结合。
A new ion fluorescent probe R3 was designed and synthesized using rhodamine B and ophenylenediamine as strating materials.The structure of the compound was confirmed by 13 C NMR,1 H NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry.The probe has good selectivity and sensitivity to Ag+in a test medium adjusted to pH=7 by Tris-HCl buffer solution.When the concentration of Ag+is in the range of0.5×10-5~1.5×10-5 mol/L,UV absorbance has a good linear relationship with Ag+concentration.The linear fit coefficient is 0.9983,and the detection limit is 4.3×10-6 mol/L.The Job’s plot showed that the fluorescent probe was bound to Ag+at 1∶1.
