摘要
开发了一种新的苯甲孕酮合成工艺,易于实现工业化生产,以16α,17α-环氧黄体酮为起始原料,通过还原反应、氧化反应、环合反应,精制得到成品苯甲孕酮,合成的目标化合物苯甲孕酮,经MS、1H-NMR确证了结构,HPLC检测质量分数达到99. 5%,该路线的总收率为75%,且苯甲孕酮新的合成工艺简单、安全,易于工业化生产。
This paper developed a novel synthesis process of benzoprogesterone. The target compound benzoprogesterone was prepared from 16α,17 a-epoxyprogesterone by reduction,oxidation,cyclization and refining. The structure was confirmed by MS and1 H-NMR. The purity by HPLC was 99. 5%,and the total yield rate was 75%,and the novel synthetic process is simple,safe and suitable for industrial production.
